Recently, the "Overseas Experience Sharing and Exchange Conference" organized by OPEN was successfully held, gathering professionals from various industries including owner units, design institutes, and management companies. They conducted in-depth and detailed discussions and exchanges on the problems faced by Chinese enterprises when going global, combining OPEN's practical experience in overseas projects.

The meeting first introduced the company situation of OPEN to everyone and led them to visit the exhibition hall, allowing them to have a comprehensive understanding of OPEN's architectural products and innovative achievements.

Mr. Zhu, the secretary of the board of directors of OPEN, elaborated on the relevant content of "Preparations for Enterprises' Overseas Investment", covering the laws and regulations, taxes, logistics of different countries, as well as the analysis of the main destination countries for overseas expansion. Mr. Zhu particularly emphasized the importance of thorough research in the early stage, making good use of professional tools, and establishing a risk pre-control mechanism, providing a clear path reference for the key decisions of enterprises in the initial stage of overseas expansion.

Vice President Ye and Vice President Wang of OPEN shared their personal experiences of participating in overseas projects. They analyzed how to effectively address the challenges in the execution of overseas projects, such as design standard alignment, complex logistics management, localized construction coordination, and acceptance processes, based on the engineering standards, construction environments, and cultural differences of various countries. This enabled the guests to have a clear understanding of the actual operation of overseas projects.
